Hydrotherapy has long been used for
wellness and healing purposes. How our body responds in times of getting
an infection depends on our immune system. Our immunity is determined by
the balance between our sympathetic nervous system and our para-sympathetic
nervous system. An increase in the latter will lead to an increase in
immunity and vice versa. Relaxation and raising body temperature will
lead to this increase of immunity. This talk will focus on using home
hydrotherapy to stimulate the para-sympathetic nervous system so as to
build our immunity for these trying times when immunity is King.
